FRIDAY: DAY 7 of AUGUST 2004

Today we re attempted to repair two faulty PC's that would not reimage with Symantec Ghost.

Now consider this:

Network Port Works
Cable Works
PC can login to network
Network Card works in another machine
Ghost Disk works in other machines
MACHINE 2 and 17 will not find network while in ghost.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

The solution: Take out the chassis (HDD and FDD), connect to a working machine and try again there.

ABRACADABRA!

Yes that worked.
