So, Gimp is now at 2.2.7

Its near the point where bugs are few, and the program is at a high quality level. However,

YOU MUST GET THIS UPDATE!

The number one reason is that it fixes the flaw where Text layers become broken, so there is no more need to reset all your settings for the text layer if you close, re-open and try and edit them :)
