So, I downloaded a file or two off the internet (Yeah, I should know better) and they downloaded to the desktop.
They then failed to run, and caused a lot of stress.

I Tried everything from safe-mode to various special removal tools bet kept on being told that "This file is in use by another process, please close down any program associated with this file" or something simmilar a type of message.

Finally, I thought to myself "Let's try something a bit different"

So I loaded FileZilla, a free FTP client and deleted them off my desktop from there!
